The theme of this class is Hip Opening - incorporating postures and breathwork that help boost creativity, and release tension and stagnation by tapping into the svadhisthana (sacral) chakra.
Grounding Yoga (VIRTUAL)
This is a virtual yoga class incorporating physical postures, pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation. The theme of this class is grounding. We will be focusing on activating our root chakra (Muladhara chakra) during this practice to call in security, stability, and connectedness into our lifes.
Yoga For Creativity
This 60 min Vinyasa style yoga class incorporates hip opening poses and breathwork that help boost creativity, and release stagnation by tapping into the svadhisthana (sacral) chakra.
Heart Opening Flow - Virtual
The theme of this class is heart opening which will include practices that tap into the anahata (heart) chakra and physcially lengthen through the chest area to release energetic blockages and increase our capacity for love, compassion and empathy.
