A 45 min virtual class utilizing activating/solar pranayama (breathwork) as a tool of focus to deepen into meditation and energize/awaken your body and mind.

Suggested Prep: If you have access to a netty pot, it is best to cleanse your nostrils followed by moisturizing with coconut oil.
Precautions: With activating (fast paced) breathwork, as well as breath holds - those with high blood pressure, severe headache, congestion or those currently menstruating or pregnant should decrease the intensity of this practice or avoid all together. Please discuss with your doctor before attending.
