Grounding B&M - Virtual 07/13

A 45 min virtual class utilizing calming/lunar pranayama (breathwork) as a tool of focus to deepen into meditation and relaxing state of being.

What to Bring:

  • Any props you prefer to allow you to sit or lay down comfortably

  • Tissues

Precautions: With this breathwork, we will be breathing through the nose. If you are severely congested and can’t breathe through your nose, it is best to avoid this practice until you feel better. Suggested prep if you are feeling slightly congested: if have access to a netty pot, it is best to cleanse your nostrils followed by moisturizing with coconut oil.

Cost: The price of this class is up to you! Depending on your circumstances, pay what you are comfortable with between $8 and $20.

Charitable Impact: 10% of profits from this class will be donated to a non-profit charity.
