Transformative Breathwork - 1/1 Scheduling

All private breathwork sessions are conducted virtually via a video call where you can go through this experience in a space that feels safe and private to you.

What to Expect:

  • Length of call will range from 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours depending on how much we have to talk about during our check in before the breathwork and how much we chat after the breathwork

    • Your first session will include about an hour of a breathwork lesson so that you feel comfortable and prepared for the experience

    • The meditation, activated breathwork and integration will be about 1 hr 15 min from start to finish

  • Please be prepared with the following:

    • Come to the session with an empty stomach (don’t eat preferably for 2 hrs prior to session)

    • Have a safe and comfortable private space for our virtual session

    • Eye mask, scarf or something else to cover your eyes

    • Yoga mat, meditation cushion or blanket to lay down on

    • Blanket to put over top of you incase you get cold

    • Journal

    • Computer/tablet to have the zoom video session run on

    • Phone or other device (potentially hooked up to a speaker) to play the playlist

    • Spotify premium membership or other music streaming platform without ads (this is important, let me know if you have questions on building the playlist if you don’t have spotify premium)

  • Make sure you don’t have anything pressing to do after the session so that you can allow yourself additional time to process your experience.
