Begin with easy relaxed breathing and a mindfulness meditation, followed by activated patterned breathwork that helps in reducing anxiety or burnout and releasing stored/stagnant energies and emotions. We end with more relaxed breathing patterns.

 

What you’ll need

Safe & Quiet Space to Lay Down
Eye Covering (eye mask or scarf)

Modifications needed for those with the following medical conditions:

Pregnancy
Heart Conditions
Asthma (have your inhaler handy)
